Erik Nelson and Brian Caldwell of Think Tank Design Group will make a presentation to the neighborhood on the current status of a Planned Urban Development to be located behind the Misco Mill.

This is the second presentation they have given to the neighborhood about the project. It was first conceived out of the R/UDAT in April 2017, when The American Institute of Architects sent a volunteer design assistance team to NE Bozeman, engaging many of us in a community driven planning processes (see www.bozemanrudat.com for more information).
The project is a combination of affordable/attainable rental units, market-priced townhouses, maker spaces, and large-scale commercial office space along with public plazas and a cafe.
