Gallatin Valley Land Trust and the City of Bozeman are excited to let Northeast Neighborhood residents know that the Front Street Pathway Project is moving ahead, and a construction contract will be in place before summer!  This means that the project will happen this construction season and the Pathway will be available for use later in the year. GVLT and the City extend huge thanks to NENA for their ongoing support of the project.

The Front Street Pathway project is funded primarily by the Trails, Open Space and Parks Bond (TOP), with GVLT contributing to the project through grants and private donations. When completed, the paved Pathway will be a key connector between the Story Mill Spur Trail and shared use path along Oak Street, thus connecting Story Mill Community Park and the “M” Trailhead to points west such as the Bozeman Sports Park, Gallatin High School and the West Side Connections Project--a network of trails, paths, and parks being established by GVLT and the City in another TOP project underway.
