The City of Bozeman is undertaking a review of the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (NCOD). The NCOD is a zoning overlay district that was created by the City in 1991 to conserve neighborhood character and protect historic properties. The project team completed the first round of public outreach in July and is returning in early October.

Previous public outreach was focused on understanding community sentiment regarding historic preservation, the NCOD boundaries, and future development. A summary of the findings can be found on the project page at www.bozeman.net/city-projects/ncod-review. A cumulative data set of all public input received to date can be found at https://www.bozeman.net/home/showdocument?id=8274

Upcoming events taking place October 1-3, 2018 will focus on presenting initial recommendations and soliciting community feedback to inform final policy direction. Each event will provide comprehensive information, but varying meeting and feedback formats. Please consider attending one of the following public engagement meetings and give meaningful input regarding the NCOD Review planning project. See the list of events below, or for more information visit https://www.bozeman.net/home/showdocument?id=8280
