Lowell Springer, the architect of the project being proposed along the west side of North Willson Avenue/south side of Short Street, will be holding an information meeting this SUNDAY, SEPT. 9, 3-6 pm at the SENIOR CENTER (807 N Tracy). Please pass on this information to other neighbors as it is very short notice and a project that I know many will want to get more information about.
The “Willson 16” is going before the DRB (Design Review Board) on September 12. The architect wants to let the neighbors “see the quality development we are proposing to replace the trailer houses” and believes it “offers an opportunity for some more affordable rental units in the area with ample parking and a well planned site.” He is seeking input from the neighbors and wants to answer questions.
